You agree that Paper Colour Limited, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account, or any part thereof, or use of the website, and remove and discard any content you may have contributed to the website, at any time for any reason or no reason. Paper Colour Limited may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the website, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the website under any provision of this Agreement may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that Paper Colour Limited may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files of the website. Quotes, Pricing and Terms of Sale

Prices for products are described on the website and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. All prices are in British Pound Sterling or Euro. Prices and products may change at our discretion without prior notice. We reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason or for any product that may violate the intellectual property rights of a third party and will notify you that the order has been cancelled.

Username, Password and Security

Before you can create an order on our website you may be required to create account, In so doing you must create a user-name and password to complete the process. You must keep these credentials in a safe place and you must not give these to anyone to use unless you are authorizing them to use your account. You are responsible for any use of these credentials on our website. In the event that you notice activities that you didn't authorize or know about, you must inform us immediately and state what activities you notice. If you do not comply with this section, then we will not and cannot be liable for any loss or damage arising from failure to comply with this section.

ARTWORK AND CONTENT

Design and Preparation

The representation of colours on your screen differs greatly from those of a printed item.
Electronic devices uses a colour mode called RGB with a profile if calibrated while a printed item usually use a colour mode called CMYK with a profile that define the capabilities of the printer under certain conditions. To get the colours in your design as close as possible to printed colours, then a colour manage work flow is a must. It is impossible to achieved accurate colour reproduction from pre-press to press without a colour manage work flow.

We recommend that you work in RGB colour mode with eci_rgb.v2 colour profile.
Then you must convert it to CMYK colour mode with ISO coated v.2 colour profile using a relative calorimetric as your rendering intent mode before sending your artwork to us.

If you fail to provide your artwork in the required colour mode and embed profile:
a. exact colours cannot be guaranteed therefore we will not be held responsible for
any colour shifting that may occur on your printed product.
b. all your artwork will be converted to RGB and or CMYK before we can process your order.
c. your order may be delayed if your submitted artwork does not comply with our requirements

Intellectual Property Rights

When it comes to intellectual property rights, we respects the rights of others and stress that they do the same. Occasional we may terminate your account if you are suspected of infringing the copyright of others.

However if your account were to be terminated and you believe that the content or artwork does not constitutes copyright and or trademark infringement, then please notify us in writing with relevant information that may help to reinstate your account.

PRINTING AND PRODUCTION PROCESSES

Turnaround Time

“Same day turnaround” and “same day printing”, refers to an order paid in full, proof and approve for printing by 11:00am local time to be collected or dispatch by 7:00pm local time.

“24 Hour turnaround”, refers to an order that is paid in full, proof and approve for printing one business day before dispatch. Orders placed after 1:00pm local time will begin processing the next business day.

“48 Hour turnaround”, refers to an order that is paid in full, proof and approve for printing two business day before dispatch. Orders placed after 1:00pm local time will begin processing the next business day.

Deliverable

Due to the many variables that goes into the preparation of a document. From concepts to design to proof to production, the exact colours and finish size to a degree cannot be guaranteed.
Quantity - If your ordered quantity is greater than a hundred (100), then the exact quantity of your order when delivered may vary, with a variance of up to 12% plus (+) or minus (-) your ordered quantity.
Finish Size – The finish size of your document may vary, with a variance of up to +2mm or -2mm
Please not that we reserve the right to limit and or restrict production of any products, even after you have submitted your order, for any reason, including, without limitation, if the product violates any terms of this Agreement.

DELIVERY

Paper Colour Limited is not responsible for delays or errors by third party shipping companies including, but not limited to, Royal Mail and UPS

CANCELLATION RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of the print production process If your order has started to print, it cannot be cancelled and no refunds can be provided. In the event that the job is not printed but plated, you may be able to cancel at our sole discretion, however a £30 charge per plate will be charge.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is very important to us. Users of this website should refer to our privacy policy for information about how we collects and uses personal information. By accepting this Agreement you expressly consent to Paper Colour Limited disclosure and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

WARRANTY

YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE THE OWNER OF THE CONTENT WHICH YOU SUBMIT AND THAT THE CONTENT DOES NOT INFRINGE UPON THE PROPERTY RIGHTS, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS (COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS) OR OTHER RIGHTS OF OTHERS. YOU ALSO REPRESENT THAT THERE ARE NO OUTSTANDING DISPUTES IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROPERTY RIGHTS, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OR OTHER RIGHTS IN THE CONTENT OR ANY PARTS OF THE CONTENT. YOU HEREBY REPRESENT AND WARRANT TO US THAT THIS AGREEMENT HAS BEEN DULY AND VALIDLY EXECUTED AND DELIVERED BY YOU AND CONSTITUTES YOUR LEGAL, VALID AND BINDING OBLIGATION, ENFORCEABLE AGAINST YOU IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS TERMS; AND THAT THE EXECUTION, DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE BY YOU OF THIS AGREEMENT ARE WITHIN YOUR LEGAL CAPACITY AND POWER; HAVE BEEN DULY AUTHORIZED BY ALL REQUISITE ACTION ON YOUR PART; REQUIRE THE APPROVAL OR CONSENT OF NO OTHER PERSONS; AND NEITHER VIOLATE NOR CONSTITUTE A DEFAULT UNDER THE (I) PROVISION OF ANY LAW, RULE, REGULATION, ORDER, JUDGMENT OR DECREE TO WHICH YOU ARE SUBJECT OR WHICH IS BINDING UPON YOU, OR (II) THE TERMS OF ANY OTHER AGREEMENT, DOCUMENT OR INSTRUMENT APPLICABLE TO YOU OR BINDING UPON YOU.

No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement. Paper Colour Limited may assign its rights and responsibilities hereunder without notice to you. The failure of a party to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of the right or provision. Paper Colour Limited failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our rights to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Paper Colour Limited, and supersedes all other communications, written or oral, with regard to the website and services provided by Paper Colour Limited.
